Oncology sales team seeks to fill positions of a Customer Manager role in Poland in the following territories: woj. małopolskie i woj. podkarpackie.
Customer Manager, Oncology is responsible for the promotion of our oncology portfolio.
Maintaining and establishing relations with assigned and potential customers in his/her territory to achieve/exceed sales objectives for our Company products. Building a positive image of our Company and products. Achieving set sales objectives for promoted products according to sales plans and allocated budget.
Main responsibilities are as follows:
· Plans and executes a comprehensive sales process focused on partnering with customers in the short and long-term to improve patient outcomes and market access.
· Leverages understanding to expand relationships with own customers and to assist colleagues or assist with coordination of account team activities.
· Effectively partners with customer accounts to apply solutions/resources in innovative ways to meet customer needs and improve patient outcomes.
· Has in-depth understanding of the competitive/ payer landscape, the economic/ market environments and the particular issues impacting their customers.
· Develops and executes both short- and long-term account plans.
· Maintains and applies a solid understanding of relevant information, clinical studies/data regarding the disease states of assigned products and awareness of our company's product portfolio.
· Understands the full range of solutions and resources.
· Has latitude to adapt sales strategies achieve longer-term our company's and customer goals.
· Coordinates and integrates information/ resources/ solutions.
· Manages own sales expenses, and monitors related expenses/ investments (e.g., marketing, promotion, implementation support).
· Drives initial allocation of investment choices and re-allocation of resources based on changing opportunities.
· Provides input into development of the profit plan for the next level of management.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience preferred. Degree concentration related to function of the job
· Self-motivated and energetic with drive to excel
· Strong scientific profile, ability to understand and discuss scientific data and arguments
· Excellent communication skills
· Customer focus, excellent customer relationship
· Positive attitude with can do and growth mindset with ability to meet deadlines and handle challenging assignments.
· Loyalty, honesty, team worker
· Good planning and organization, analysis and problem solving, creative thinking
· Listening and learning (ready to receive feedback)
· Competent presentation skills
· Very good command of English and Polish languages
