
ValCorp is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Customer Liaison Support personnel to assist with the receiving, staging, and movement of commercial vehicles on the installation. In this role, the employee is responsible for verifying and recording driver and delivery information, contacting the appropriate escort, confirming escort credentials, and releasing vehicles from the staging lot in accordance with all installation laws, regulations, and policies.
The position also serves as a Parking and Lot Attendant, overseeing daily parking lot operations, checking vehicles in and out, rotating between gates for operational needs, and moving or parking vehicles when required. The Customer Liaison Support employee controls authorized entry and use of the lot and refers any parking-related issues to the proper authorities for administrative action, ticketing, or other law enforcement activity as appropriate.
Professional communication, attention to detail, and consistent adherence to established procedures are essential to success in this role.
Candidates selected to advance in the hiring process will be required to successfully complete all customer-required and installation-required training courses prior to final consideration for employment and initiation of installation access credential processing. Training instructions and course access information will be provided by ValCorp during the interview process or upon advancement to the next phase of candidate evaluation. Failure to complete the required training may result in removal from further consideration.
