Hoe vaak gebeurt het dat in een van de leukste teams binnen ING Hypotheken niet één, maar twee plekken vrijkomen? Omdat twee Customer Journey Experts mooie ontwikkelkansen krijgen, zoeken we nieuwe collega’s voor squad Selfies binnen In Life Experience van ING Mortgages. Deze vacature is een schaal 11 (GJA 17) vacature. We hebben ook een schaal 10 (GJA 16) vacature. Voor de schaal 11 rol zoeken we iemand die een leidende rol pakt, richting bepaalt en actief stakeholders uitdaagt op keuzes en prioriteiten.
Onze klanten hebben dagelijks te maken met veranderde persoonlijke en economische omstandigheden die impact hebben op hun financiële situatie. Als ING Hypotheken helpen we klanten niet alleen aan de voorkant met de financiering van hun ideale huis, ook willen we er voor onze klanten zijn tijdens de looptijd van hun hypotheek. Binnen squad Selfies werk je aan hypotheekreizen waar klanten zelf of met beperkte begeleiding doorheen gaan tijdens de looptijd van hun hypotheek. Denk aan een reguliere renteaanpassing, een tussentijdse renteaanpassing of andere momenten waarop klanten inzicht, duidelijkheid en gemak nodig hebben. Samen met je team ben je verantwoordelijk voor proceseigenaarschap van diverse journeys, klantbeleving en de online ervaring in MijnING en de ING app. Je komt binnen op een interessant moment. We hebben uitgebreid klantonderzoek gedaan. De ambitieuze richting voor onze online ervaring is ingezet. Jij helpt om die richting verder te concretiseren, maakt scherpe keuzes en zorgt voor realisatie met zichtbare impact.

How often does it happen that in one of the coolest teams within ING Mortgages not one, but two positions become available? Because two Customer Journey Experts are getting great development opportunities, we are looking for new colleagues for squad Selfies within In Life Experience of ING Mortgages. This vacancy is a scale 10 (GJA 16) position. We also have a scale 11 (GJA 17) vacancy. For the scale 11 role, we are looking for someone who takes a leading role, defines direction and actively challenges stakeholders on choices and priorities.
Our customers deal daily with changing personal and economic circumstances that impact their financial situation. At ING Mortgages, we not only help customers at the front end with financing their ideal home, we also want to be there for our customers during the lifetime of their mortgage. Within squad Selfies you work on mortgage journeys that customers go through themselves or with limited guidance during the lifetime of their mortgage. Think of a regular interest rate change, an interim interest rate adjustment or other moments when customers need insight, clarity and convenience. Together with your team you are responsible for process ownership of various journeys, customer experience and the online experience in MijnING and the ING app. You join at an interesting moment. We have conducted extensive customer research. The ambitious direction for our online experience has been set. You help to further concretize that direction, make sharp choices and ensure realization with visible impact.
You will focus on:
• improving journeys that customers go through independently or with limited guidance, including more complex topics with multiple stakeholders
• translating customer feedback, complaints and research into concrete improvements and clear priorities
• optimizing the online experience in Mijn ING and the ING app, with focus on impact and results
• realizing our ambitious plans for personalization and contextualization of the mortgage overview
• contributing to personalization and contextualization of the mortgage overview
• working with business, IT, UX, risk and operations and actively providing direction
• actively challenging stakeholders on content, priorities and decisions made
• drafting requirements and process choices and substantiating these solidly
• safeguarding the balance between customer value, risk and feasibility, also in complex trade offs
• translating proposals and progress into clear presentations for different audiences, including PowerPoint

What do you bring?
• several years of experience as a Customer Journey Expert, product manager, business analyst or similar
• experience with digital journeys and end to end process improvement
• proven experience with stakeholder management and influencing decision making
• a data driven way of working
• strong communication skills in Dutch and English
• experience with creating clear presentations and storytelling in PowerPoint
• affinity with mortgages is a plus
• a completed education at WO level
• experience with consultancy skills is a plus
