Customer Journey Expert Marketing 9 (Easy Banking, Business Banking NL)
We are looking for a hands-on marketing professional to join the Business Banking Marketing team and help strengthen our (online) visibility in the market. As part of the Easy Banking department, you will contribute to delivering mid-funnel marketing activities for our business banking target audience.

Easy Banking is part of Business Banking Sales NL and has the mission of making ING the best bank for business customers in the Netherlands.
We focus on strengthening our digital customer experience and service model. Within the department, we work on improving the performance of our digital channels, enhancing customer experience, and increasing the effectiveness of our marketing activities for Business Banking NL.
Your role
As a Customer Journey Expert, you will work closely with your squad to deliver mid-funnel marketing activities. Your primary focus will be on creating, publishing, and optimizing content that drives reach and traffic to our digital channels.

Who we are looking for
For this role, we are looking for someone with approximately 2–5 years of relevant work experience who recognizes themselves in the following profile:
1. Content & Digital Marketing
You have experience creating and optimizing online content. You understand how to write and structure content for digital channels and have a strong sense of what drives reach, engagement, and clicks.
2. Hands-on and Results-Oriented
You enjoy working in a practical way and get energy from delivering visible results. You are comfortable working with deadlines and can easily switch between different tasks and priorities.
3. Data-Driven Mindset
You have a basic understanding of content performance metrics and are able to analyze data and translate insights into improvements. You can perform analyses and understand how to use data to drive decisions and results.
4. Collaboration
You enjoy working with others and contribute to a positive, results-oriented team environment. You are proactive and take ownership of your work.
5. Language Skills
You are fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken, as a significant part of the content and communication for this role is aimed at the Dutch market.
