Customer journey expert Easy Banking

We are looking for a Customer Journey Expert (CJE) who wants to provide the best digital business banking experience. Are you a communicative personality with experience in data and preferably knowledge around risk/legal? Do you like achieving results with your squad? Then read on!

In this role you will be working at Easy Banking, Business Banking NL, an ambitious department within ING, responsible for the digital sales in self-employed & micro segment and digitization of sales and service processes for all Business Banking customers. We are looking for a Customer Journey Expert who can strengthen the team of Digital Transformation & Customer Experience and realize the best digital experience for our customers by being bringing your expertise on data, legal and risk processes.

What you are going to do

Together with your team you are working on improving the Easy Banking service model for our customers.

You will be working on different topics like:

  • Figuring out how we can use transaction data for marketing purposes, thereby guiding the risk process and setting IT requirements
  • Guiding risk processes for propensity models to be used for marketing purposes
  • Determining which data we should use for sales reporting, including steering other tribes to deliver this data
  • Leading legal negotiations and risk procedures for new partnerships
  • Working with data driven models to enlarge marketing efficiency (orchestration and propensity models)
  • Ensuring implementation of changes in applicable law (e.g. outbound calling)

  • You have a (finished) bachelor or university degree
  • You have a multidisciplinary background across legal and data driven domains, such as economics, being able to work with both legal/risk parties, data annalists/scientists, while ensuring business needs are met
  • You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience as a CJE
  • You are fluent in the Dutch and English language (writing and speaking). Due to the nature of the work this is a hard requirement
