Essential Job Functions

• Ensure property meets Circle K’s image standards using the store inspection forms. Ensuring that property and equipment create a safe and pleasant environment for all employees.

• Inspect food service areas. Ensuring temperatures for coffee, roller grill items, condiments, freezers and coolers are correct. Also, checking for correct expiration dates.

• Ensure all areas of store uphold the store image and cleanliness of Circle K’s standards.

• Checking for correct implementation of Marketing and Operation programs.

• Keeping the locations in compliance with the federal, state and local laws.

• Inspecting Simply Great Coffee stores for organization of signage, cups, flavors and in-stock products.

• Inspecting Kitchen stores for organization of signage, equipment, and storage. Ensuring food quality is great and looking for sufficient amounts of product for customer consumption.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent education

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Must possess strong attention to detail

• Food Handler’s Certificate (where required by law)

• Experience in food service preferred

• Possess a valid Driver’s License

• Ability to work 5 days/50+ hours per week work schedule

• Must be self-directed and productive without direct supervision

Physical Demands

• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing

• Ability to operate computer keyboard for data entry

• Ability to lift items that weigh 40-50 pounds

• Ability to stand for long periods of times

• Ability to be exposed to cold or hot temperature extremes performing occasional duties in the food service area, walk-in cooler and/or freezer and outdoors

• Ability to travel to store locations and drive for long periods of time
