Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented profile who will lead the execution of personalized campaigns and customer journeys, transforming data into experiences that generate real business impact.

🎯 Your challenge:
• Design and execute journeys, campaigns, and personalized offers based on the analysis of buyer personas and customer journeys
• Define and optimize conversion points, ensuring the proper collection of key data
• Collaborate with Analytics and Design teams to build audiences and effective digital assets
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance
• Implement and analyze A/B and multivariate testing
• Coordinate with Development teams for proper technical implementation
• Generate performance reports and present them to stakeholders
• Work with clients to adapt marketing strategies to business needs
• Participate in all project phases: Discovery, Design, Development, and Go Live
• Identify opportunities to improve customer retention and loyalty

🔎 Key requirements:
✔ Proven experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
✔ Advanced English (mandatory)
✔ Experience in marketing automation, analytics, and campaign management
✔ Ability to work with global and multidisciplinary teams

📍 Location: Mexico City or Guadalajara (must reside in or be willing to relocate)
