We are looking for a Customer Invoicing Process Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate invoicing operations.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Monitoring monthly invoicing activities in invoicing tools
• Support the onboarding of new products and customer agreements into the invoicing process
• Provide support in customer migration process in regards of invoicing
• Provide trainings and support for customer teams and service managers regarding invoicing topics and internal cost splits
• Analyze invoicing data and propose process improvements
• Collaborate regularly with customer teams to support invoicing tasks
• Monitor and resolve data quality issues to ensure accuracy and compliance

We expect you to have:

• Fluent spoken & written English (working with foreign customers and colleagues)
• University degree, work experience in Finance or IT area can be considered as advantage
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive, problem solving attitude
• Customer oriented and service minded approach
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A positive and professional attitude toward all assigned tasks

*Monthly salary offer will be defined based up on the candidate’s professional competence compliance with job demands.
