The customer operations manager provides leadership, direction and strategy for the Inventory Control team and the administration team on the site that will enable and facilitate the execution of the outlined operational deliverables.
Your usual work center will be located in “Corredor del Henares”
The position manages 3 key areas:
Customer relationship:
daily, weekly and monthly catch up and meetings with up to 6 customers.
Problem solving, continuous improvement and volume control for the operational team
Monthly KPIs control for each customer
Develop resource plans and equipment needs budget for review with site leadership.
Inventory control Ensure customer inventory accuracy is monitored and reported timely to site leadership
Maximize the performance of the site inventory processes and system to ensure: Care, custody, and control of the customer's inventory
Manage the planning and execution of proactive and reactive cycle counts in compliance with the contractual service level agreement
Develop, implement, and validate procedures, controls and systems that prevent, detect and correct errors in inventory transactions and balances
Key liaison with the Site Manager and Operations Manager
Technology systems:
Develop, change, and solve issues with our current WMS: Generix
Weekly action plan following with Generix: follow and develop new actions tracing all pending points
