NAVEX is looking for a contract Customer Interface Specialist for an 18-month engagement who will apply accessibility features to custom web interfaces as well as other tailored services to our customers. The ideal candidate will work well within a team-oriented environment while managing a list of action items assigned by your manager. The majority of your tasks and responsibilities will be focused on NAVEX’s back-end system administration environment.

What you’ll do:
• Collaborate in office two days a week with your team
• Apply accessibility to customer reporting websites
• Evaluate project requests based on system requirements
• Manage multiple work tasks, prioritizing responsibilities, and executing against deliverables
• Provide technical support for Services teams
• Maintain individual Key Performance targets
• Follow instructions and established guidelines assigned by your manager
What you’ll bring:
• 2+ years of experience in web development
• Basic JavaScript knowledge
• Basic HTML, CSS, and web page layout skills
• Strong understanding Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
• Strong understanding of the key principles of responsive design
• Graphic design skills with a good eye for layout, color, and usability
• Familiarity with popular web browsers and principles of accessibility
• The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work within fixed deadlines
• The ability to learn and assimilate new information quickly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Our side of the deal:

• The starting pay rate for this role is 1,000,000 INR per annum. Shifts ending between 12:00 AM IST and 07:00 AM IST are eligible for a night shift differential of 500 INR/day.
