Customer Fulfilment Specialist

Location: Belfast

Salary: £26,500 (Negotiable)

Inclusion IQ are recruiting on behalf of a well established, fast-growing telecommunications provider operating across the UK and Ireland. They deliver business-critical connectivity, cloud communications to thousands of commercial clients. They deliver exceptional service and reliability. Due to continued growth, they are hiring a highly organised Customer Fulfilment Specialist to join their team in Belfast.

Role

As the Customer Fulfilment Specialist, you will be the central point of contact for taking customer solutions from signed contract through to full technical delivery. You'll sit at the heart of their operations coordinating between customers, internal teams, hardware vendors, networks, and engineering crews to deliver a seamless on boarding experience.

Responsibilities

  • Order Life cycle Management: Track and process customer orders from initial sale to completion, ensuring milestones are met accurately and on schedule.
  • Supplier & Network Coordination: Work directly with portal partners, network providers, and platform vendor tools to process orders, connections, and system upgrades.
  • Database & CRM Governance: Accurately update case notes, order statuses, and records within Salesforce and our internal line-of-business systems.
  • Engineering Dispatch: Schedule customer installation dates into engineering rotas, managing resource availability and field team communications.
  • Customer Journey Ownership: Keep clients informed at every stage of their deployment.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Accounts, and Support teams to maintain steady workflow and ensure accurate billing hand offs.
  • Issue Escalation: Identify potential delays early, escalating queries to vendor account managers or internal leadership as needed.

Criteria

  • At least 1 year of hands-on administrative, order-processing, or operational support experience.
  • Meticulous Attention to Detail: A high standard for accuracy when validating paperwork, handling data, and logging system notes.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Clear, professional telephone manner and written correspondence skills for both client and supplier interactions.
  • Time Management & Prioritisation: Ability to balance competing priorities, follow up on pending actions, and hit target turnarounds in an active environment.
  • Technical Aptitude: Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable picking up new CRM databases and software platforms quickly.
  • Educational Foundation: Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics.
