Job Description

Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Customer Fulfillment Analyst.

What you’ll do

PRIMARY FUNCTION

Analyzes customer fulfillment performance, order management trends, and customer experience data to provide actionable insights that improve on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and business performance. Collaborates with Product Management, Planning, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, Eaton Care, and Customer Fulfillment leadership to identify risks, uncover root causes, and recommend corrective actions. Develops reporting tools, dashboards, and performance analytics that improve visibility, drive accountability, and support fact-based decision making across the Bussmann organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Maintains an order fulfillment exception tracker to monitor past-due, orders at risk, large orders, and high-priority customer orders, ensuring timely follow-up, escalation, and resolution with responsible stakeholders. Analyzes customer demand, allocated quantities, planned shipments and actual delivery performance to identify gaps against customer commitments and provide visibility to fulfillment risks.
  • Develops and maintains Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reports that provide visibility to customer fulfillment, customer experience, and growth-related metrics.
  • Monitors customer allocation performance against requested demand, identifies allocation gaps and exceptions, and provides analysis to support prioritization decisions and customer fulfillment strategies. Review month-over-month trends to improve transparency, consistency, and accountability in supply, demand and allocation execution. Monitors adherence to lead-time policies, identifying exceptions and coordinating corrective actions with relevant functions
  • Investigates customer fulfillment issues and performs root cause analysis to identify systemic process gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Partners with Planning, Operations, Manufacturing, Product Management, Supply Chain, Sales, Eaton Care, and Customer Fulfillment leadership to gather information and support resolution of customer service challenges.
  • Prepares recurring KPI reviews and executive summaries related to on-time delivery, backlog performance, customer experience, and order management effectiveness.
  • Evaluates customer demand trends, incremental business opportunities, and fulfillment capabilities to support growth initiatives, customer planning and cross-functional business decisions.
  • Supports Voice of Customer initiatives by collecting, organizing, and analyzing customer experience data and feedback.
  • Coordinates data collection and reporting required for business reviews, customer reviews, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Recommend process improvements based on analytical findings to improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and fulfillment performance.
  • Develops and maintains standardized work instructions, reporting methodologies, and process documentation to promote consistency, scalability and knowledge retention.

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Data Analytics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field..
  • Minimum of three years of experience in business analytics, supply chain, planning, operations, customer service, product management support, or a related function.
  • Minimum of three years of experience on manufacturing or supply chain operations
  • Ability to work with ERP data and translate operational data into business insights
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Advanced English proficiency

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Power BI and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, or another ERP system.
  • Experience supporting customer service, planning, or supply chain functions.
  • Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma experience.
