We’relooking for a motivated, experiencedCustomerExperienceTechnician to join our Auckland team. In this role,you’lldeliver technicalexpertiseand outstanding service directly in our customers’ homes - helping us provide truly “Best in Class” customer experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and fully test products to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

• Build andmaintainstrong product knowledge through training sessions, manuals, and digital learning tools.

• Complete all service-related documentation, including job records and cash collection requirements.

• Manage andmaintainyour spare parts inventory.

What you will need:

• Proven experience in appliance repair and troubleshooting

• Relevant Qualifications in Electrical and Appliance Repair.

• A currentregistered Electrical Licence (GAS licence-advantageous)

• Strong communicationand computer skills.

• A customer-focused approach with the ability to deliver premium service.
