Job Description

Pay Range

$60,000-$80,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of the Customer Service and Art Departments.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage attendance records.
  • Monitor team workload, performance metrics, and response times.
  • Serve as the escalation point for customer concerns and issue resolution.
  • Create and maintain customer accounts within ERP and CRM systems.
  • Oversee daily invoicing, credits, and replacement order approvals.
  • Utilize dashboards and reporting tools to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives and other department needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in customer service, operations, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint. Experience with CRM and ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar business platforms preferred.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions

Standard office hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) with occasional overtime. Minimal travel required.

The late Emmett Hart established Mountville Mills in 1963 in a small building just outside of LaGrange, Georgia. Hart worked at Callaway Mills for 15 years in the design and development departments before starting his own company with the encouragement of his wife, Nancy.

Emmett and Nancy were among the first seven employees of Mountville Mills. Today, the family-owned business maintains more than 640,000 square-feet in manufacturing plants, and more than 1,000 employees across North America and Europe.

Mountville Mills first expanded by joining forces with The Andersen Company in Dalton, Georgia in 1999. In 2005, Mountville expanded its operations to Ronse, Belgium, where it maintains a manufacturing and sales facility to service the mat needs of its European customers. In 2008, Mountville acquired the North American business unit of Kleen-Tex Industries, Inc. In 2018, the textile rental division of Mountville Mills and The Andersen Company merged to form M+A Matting which serves both U.S. and Canadian customers. Additional members of the Mountville family include Mountville Mills Rubber Company, Logo Mats LLC, Bungalow Flooring, Purple Mustard, Motif, The MatWorks, and Matterly.
