About the role

Step into a brand-new chapter with Oroton! We’re opening a fresh new concession at Myer Highpoint - our very first in this location - and we’re looking for a passionate casual Customer Experience Specialist to help bring this store to life and create an exceptional experience from day one.

You’ll be at the heart of creating memorable shopping experiences - delivering exceptional service, offering personalised style advice, and making every customer feel valued. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where your ability to connect with people and drive results will shine. From assisting customers in finding their perfect pieces to managing high-volume stock and ensuring our products are beautifully presented and easily accessible - your impact will be felt in every corner of the store.

This role is a casual position with availability required across weekdays, weekends and late night trade.

  • Executing merchandising strategies and create engaging product displays that draw customers in and reflect the brand’s aesthetic.
  • Partnering with the management team to shape and implement strategies that elevate customer satisfaction, boost sales, and optimise overall store performance.

  • Proven experience working in a retail team, consistently achieving KPIs and exceeding store targets
  • Strong attention to detail and confident clienteling skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude that thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
  • A keen eye for styling and a genuine passion for luxury products
  • The ability to energise and uplift the team, creating a fun and motivating atmosphere every day
