Customer Experience Specialist
SKF Nordic
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will manage your own customer portfolio and work closely with the SKF Account team. Your work includes handling orders, delivery schedules, preparing quotations, coordinating supply chain activities, and ensuring customers receive a positive experience. You will also contribute to digitalization initiatives and help shape the digital journey with customers and internal stakeholders.
You will be part of the SKF Nordics Account team—a close collaboration with the Key Account Manager and Application Engineer—working together to deliver value and drive growth. The customer portfolio includes strategically important accounts that requires very high focus and strong customer engagement.
In addition, you’ll join the Nordic Customer Experience colleagues across the region. While based in Sweden.
This is a central role within our sales organization, offering the chance to build a broad network within SKF and with key customers.
