What you will do...
Validate traffic sources and offers from all the different verticals (including explicit content) to ensure compliance with company standards and platform requirements.
Deliver excellent customer service via live chat/email and manage the needs of Adcash customers to optimize their experience with our online advertising platform.
Perform quality assurance/quality control checks on client campaigns to ensure that all placements and creatives have been set up correctly.
Ensure that Adcash brand compliance is followed and consistent throughout all campaigns that are being set up on the network.

1+ years of Customer Service experience.
Experience in online advertising.
Positive, enthusiastic and passionate customer-focused attitude.
Multitasking skills, diligence as well as strong attention to detail.
A will to keep learning.
Versatility to work well as a team member as well as independently.
Ready to work in shifts in the future (15.00-00.00 GMT+3)
Excellent written and spoken English; other languages are an advantage.
