What will you do?

• Consistently engage with clients to ensure ongoing communication.
• Work closely & collaborate with a team dedicated to client success.
• Guide clients in harnessing the potential of digital marketing campaigns by reviewing and optimising their digital products according to defined parameters to maximise success. (comprehensive training provided.)
• Proactively research and diagnose technical issues and queries by leveraging available resources, software tools, and documentation.
• Actively listen to clients' inquiries and concerns, delivering accurate and prompt responses. Offer effective solutions or direct them to appropriate resources as needed.
• Address client objections and concerns by employing effective techniques, ensuring a positive experience even in challenging situations.
