As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will assist clients in selecting and coordinating personalized plans that align with their goals, preferences, and budgets.

Responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand their vision, researching and presenting tailored options, coordinating bookings, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable process from start to finish. You will also provide ongoing communication and support to maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
