• Job Title: Customer Experience & Route Sales Lead (Truck Team Member)
• Location: Reno / Sparks, NV
• Position Type: Full-Time (4–5 shifts per week)
• Pay Rate: $22.00 – $24.00+ / hour average all-in ($12.00/hr base pay + uncapped profit share + customer tips)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Deliver WOW Service: Build rapport with customers, explain our services, and deliver outstanding customer experiences on every job.
• On-Site Sales & Estimating: Evaluate job scopes, deliver clear on-site estimates, overcome customer objections, and close sales on the spot.
• Active Operations: Safely lift, carry, load, and maneuver unwanted items from residential and commercial properties into our trucks.
• Truck Operation: Drive, navigate, and maintain clean, professional company box trucks (standard driver's license required, training provided).
• Responsible Disposal: Route, sort, and dispose of items responsibly through recycling, donation, and proper waste management.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements:

• Age & License: Must be 21+ years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, and maneuver 50 to 75+ lbs throughout an active 8–10 hour shift.
• Schedule Availability: Full-time availability (4–5 shifts per week), including 1 mandatory weekend shift per week (Saturday or Sunday). Shifts typically begin at 7:00 AM or 12:00 PM.
• Sales & Service Mindset: Outgoing personality with strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Dependability: Reliable transportation, punctual attendance, and a team-first mindset.
• Medical Certification: Ability to pass and maintain a DOT Medical Card (company-funded).
