Ingram Micro is seeking a Customer Experience Representative (CER) to support customers, vendor partners, and internal sales teams by delivering exceptional service, driving platform adoption, and helping customers maximize the value of our solutions.

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will serve as a trusted resource for a portfolio of customers and vendors, providing support, education, and recommendations that help drive customer satisfaction, sales growth, and overall business success. This role combines customer engagement, sales support, solution enablement, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Success & Platform Adoption

  • Promote adoption and utilization of the Xvantage platform among customers and vendor partners.
  • Analyze available data and insights to identify opportunities for growth and improved customer outcomes.
  • Help customers maximize the value of Ingram Micro's solutions, services, and programs.
  • Deliver recommendations that support customer retention, engagement, and business growth.

Solution Enablement

  • Develop a strong understanding of Ingram Micro's products, services, and technology solutions.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
  • Support the creation and delivery of customer-facing presentations, sales resources, and enablement materials.
  • Participate in training sessions to strengthen customer knowledge and adoption of solutions.

Sales Support

  • Partner with sales teams to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Assist with customer communications, proposals, and other pre-sales activities.
  • Support pipeline development, customer acquisition, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Contribute to initiatives that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Customer Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with customers through proactive outreach and ongoing support.
  • Understand customer goals, challenges, and business needs.
  • Provide timely, professional responses to customer inquiries and service requests.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.

Vendor Relationships

  • Collaborate with vendor partners to stay current on products, promotions, and programs.
  • Leverage vendor resources to provide the best solutions for customers.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams when needed.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, customer success, account support, sales support, account management, or a related field.
  • Experience working directly with customers in a professional business environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.

Preferred

  • Experience within technology, distribution, SaaS, cloud, telecommunications, or related industries.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and customer engagement tools.
  • Experience supporting sales teams and customer growth initiatives.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $49,500.00 - $79,200.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
