BRIEF COMPANY DESCRIPTION: Logo Mats, LLC is a division of Mountville, headquartered in LaGrange, Georgia. The company is the premier supplier of floor mats to the promotional products and ad specialty industry. We are known worldwide for our superior customer service, development, and marketing of innovative products.
The primary responsibility of this position is to world class customer service to our customers, including, but not limited to: providing product and pricing information, processing orders, ensuring that all orders are shipped in a timely manner and resolving issues that arise from the problems with orders (regarding replacements, credits, etc.), to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. This position will also focus on processing, investigating, and resolving customer freight claims.

QUALIFICATIONS:
COMPENSATION: Starting at $18/hour. Based on experience and qualifications.

WORK HOURS: General office hours, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, plus occasional overtime. After completion of initial training process, a hybrid work schedule may be adopted. We offer staff the opportunity to work remotely from home 1 day per week.
The late Emmett Hart established Mountville Mills in 1963 in a small building just outside of LaGrange, Georgia. Hart worked at Callaway Mills for 15 years in the design and development departments before starting his own company with the encouragement of his wife, Nancy.
Emmett and Nancy were among the first seven employees of Mountville Mills. Today, the family-owned business maintains more than 640,000 square-feet in manufacturing plants, and more than 1,000 employees across North America and Europe.
Mountville Mills first expanded by joining forces with The Andersen Company in Dalton, Georgia in 1999. In 2005, Mountville expanded its operations to Ronse, Belgium, where it maintains a manufacturing and sales facility to service the mat needs of its European customers. In 2008, Mountville acquired the North American business unit of Kleen-Tex Industries, Inc. In 2018, the textile rental division of Mountville Mills and The Andersen Company merged to form M+A Matting which serves both U.S. and Canadian customers.
