About the role

We are looking for a Customer Experience Operations Manager to join our team at our Laverton Fulfilment Centre!

Lead a high-performing fulfilment centre and play a key role in keeping products moving efficiently to customers and stores. This is an opportunity to drive operational excellence, develop capable teams and influence continuous improvement across a fast-paced supply chain environment. What's involved

  • Lead daily fulfilment centre operations, from receiving and storage through to picking, packing and dispatch

  • Drive improvements in productivity, service, inventory accuracy and operational performance

  • Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with workplace standards

  • Develop, coach and support team members to achieve their best

  • Partner with suppliers, transport providers and internal stakeholders to keep products flowing efficiently

  • Manage operational budgets and resources to maximise efficiency and value

  • Resolve operational challenges and identify smarter ways of working

  • Support business-wide initiatives that improve customer outcomes and supply chain performance

About You

You're an experienced operational leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes and delivering results. You thrive in fast-paced environments, build strong relationships and use data and insights to make informed decisions.

You'll be joining a collaborative team that values teamwork, continuous improvement and a practical, customer-focused approach. Most importantly, you're passionate about creating a safe, inclusive and high-performing workplace.

What you'll need

  • Leadership experience in a fulfilment centre, distribution centre, warehouse or similar operational environment

  • Strong people leadership and team development capability

  • Experience driving operational performance and process improvement

  • Knowledge of inventory management, KPIs and service delivery

  • Understanding of workplace health, safety and compliance requirements

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills

  • Experience managing budgets, costs and resources

  • Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills
