As a Customer Experience & Operations Specialist, you’re the local expert ensuring smooth daily operations of our robotic kitchen while delivering an exceptional service experience. You’ll be the face of Circus for customers, addressing questions or feedback and making sure every dish leaves our kitchen perfectly. When something doesn’t go as planned, you’ll know how to diagnose the issue—whether that means a software glitch, a hardware reset, or an ingredient replacement. It’s a mix of hands-on work, active problem-solving, and customer interaction.
