About the role

MSS Security is seeking Casual Customer Experience Officers to join our team at Brisbane Airport In this role, you will assist passengers by providing directions and information while delivering a high standard of customer service in a busy airport environment.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to passengers and visitors throughout the terminal
• Offer clear directions and guidance to passengers to help them navigate the terminal efficiently
• Maintain a high standard of customer service
• Enhance the passenger experience during peak periods by proactively guiding passengers and providing clear, helpful information to support smooth terminal flow.

Requirements:

• Full Australian working rights
• Ability to undergo and pass a national security police check
• Ability to undergo and pass a medical assessment (including drug and alcohol testing)
• Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 12 hours
• 24/7 availability required
