What is this role?
As a Customer Experience Intern, you’ll support customers across email, phone, chat, and occasionally social media, helping deliver a positive, on-brand experience at every touchpoint. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.

Driving Results: Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently across email, chat, phone, and occasional social media interactions.
Taking Ownership: Learn and navigate internal systems to manage and resolve customer needs from start to finish.
Making Decisions: Think critically and creatively to provide solutions that enhance the overall customer experience.
Cultivating Relationships: Deliver friendly, high-quality service while sharing customer feedback and insights with internal teams.
Instilling Trust: Communicate clearly, professionally, and consistently to build confidence in the brand.
Customer Focus: Go above and beyond to ensure every interaction leaves a positive, lasting impression.

What background should you have?

• Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable multitasking across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and computer skills
• Interest in customer experience, eCommerce, or direct-to-consumer brands
