Full-Time | Shepparton Service Centre $33.60 per hour + Super | Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm | Immediate Start

Our Customer Service & Administration Team is the first point of contact for our customers, and we’re looking for an experienced, confident professional who can step in and make an impact from day one.

About the Role

As a key member of our Shepparton Service Centre, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service while supporting the smooth running of daily operations. Your day will include:

  • Providing friendly, professional face‑to‑face service at reception

  • Greeting customers and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude

  • Responding to enquiries via phone, email, and in person

  • Supporting the Branch Manager with administrative and operational tasks

  • Keeping customers informed about delivery lead times

  • Conducting basic repair inspections on vehicles

  • Identifying customer needs and educating them on our full range of services

  • Issuing invoices and raising job authorities

  • Scheduling repair bookings and managing workflow

  • Resolving customer concerns and following up on outstanding queries

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

  • Strong professional presentation and communication skills

  • Clear, confident verbal and written communication

  • A current driver’s licence (essential)

  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach to customer issues

  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment

  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
