Bavaria Medizin Technologie GmbH (BMT), part of Lubrizol, specializes in the design, development, and manufacturing of innovative medical devices, including the first commercial drug-coated balloon. Located near Munich, Germany, with a facility in Sibiu, Romania, BMT offers comprehensive services from R&D to logistics management. They excel in catheter-based technologies and provide private label manufacturing, OEM, and contract services. BMT is dedicated to enhancing lives through cutting-edge medical solutions.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and operational excellence.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers and manage day-to-day communications.
• Resolve customer issues and coordinate solutions across internal teams.
• Support Order-to-Cash activities and manage the Customer Service mailbox.
• Grow and protect medium-sized customer accounts through strong relationship management.
• Support forecasting, pricing implementation, account reviews, and lead generation initiatives.

Required Qualifications That Enable Your Success

• Experience in Customer Service, Inside Sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications That Drive You Forward

• Interest in sales, business growth, and account development.
• Experience with forecasting, account management, or commercial support activities.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and contribute to pipeline growth.
• Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality service, responding quickly, retaining customers, and growing existing business.
