We’re Urban Angles

Pushing the boundaries of visual solutions for the property sector for over 20 years.

We work with a wide range of clients in the real estate and property sector to provide jaw dropping, show stopping solutions that inspire, motivate, and deliver unique customer experiences that raise the bar and set us apart.

Our team are experienced in a variety of fields ranging from video, photography, floor plans, 360 virtual tours, 3D visualisation, retouching and a healthy obsession for customer service.

What the role is all about:

As a Customer Support Coordinator, you’re the all-star of our business. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll be the first point of call for our clients and will work with teams across multiple departments.

You will liaise with clients to book, manage, and close out jobs for all Urban Angles products and services.

Problem-solving, coordinating high-volume workflow, and setting expectations to deliver the ultimate customer experience for our industry-leading clientele will all form part of your day.

● Show initiative to think on your feet and have a charismatic attitude to making things happen.

● You are supportive and passionate about customer service and helping others.
