Maersk is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant to join our team in Madrid This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual with a strong background in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and driving service excellence.
As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate end-to-end shipment activities for customers.
Serve as the main point of contact for customer enquiries and issue resolution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer retention.
Partner with Operations and Commercial teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Monitor service performance and escalate issues where appropriate.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience within logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or transportation
Strong customer-facing experience in a service-oriented environment.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Fluent in Spanish and English
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong customer-first approach.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
