At Karmo, we make car ownership simple, flexible and stress-free through our vehicle subscription service. We’re on the lookout for a Customer Experience Consultant who’s passionate about helping customers find the right car and enjoy every step of their Karmo journey.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Guide customers to the best vehicle subscription for their needs.
  • Deliver outstanding service that drives loyalty and repeat business.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet customer and business goals.
  • Support customers throughout their lifecycle from onboarding to renewals and returns.
  • Collaborate with operations, sales and delivery teams to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally.

🎯 What You’ll Bring

  • Automotive experience in a Dealership or Rental space is desired but not essential.
  • A current, valid Australian Driver’s Licence is a must.
  • Passion for people and problem-solving. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and drive to grow with an expanding business.

💡 What's In It For You

  • OTE (On Target Earnings) up to $85,000++ per annum
  • Mascot, Sydney 2020
  • Monday to Friday | 08:30am till 5:00pm
  • Fully Maintained Vehicle + Fuel Card + Toll Tag (T&C's apply)
