Job Summary

Strategic, and results-driven Customer Experience & Brand Specialist to bridge the gap between product strategy, brand marketing, and day-to-day Brand Partner experience. Responsible of designing and executing comprehensive communication and marketing strategies, managing product portfolios, boosting brand awareness, and enhancing the overall customer experience Additionally, will oversee and mentor a Junior Digital Media Content position to ensure alignment across all digital platforms.

Essential Functions

• Optimize Customer Journey. Design, implement, and monitor strategies and tools to elevate the end-to-end customer experience and satisfaction metrics.
• Portfolio Strategy. Collaborate on product portfolio planning, analyzing market trends to optimize product positioning and performance.
• Campaigns & Product Promotions. Plan, execute, and measure promotional product campaigns and launch strategies for new products and features.
• Brand Awareness. Develop and deploy impactful brand awareness initiatives to expand market reach and strengthen equity.
• Communication Plan. Create and supervise a cohesive internal and external communication strategy across all channels.
• Public Relations. Manage PR efforts, press releases, and media relations to maintain a positive corporate image.
• Sponsorships & Athlete Management. Oversee sponsorship portfolios, including scouting, negotiating, and managing relationships with brand athletes, influencers and ambassadors.
• Business Tools & Platforms. Utilize and optimize modern business platforms, CRM systems, and digital tools to streamline marketing and customer operations.
• Team Supervision. Guide, mentor, and supervise the daily operational work of a Junior Digital Media Content position, ensuring social media alignment with overall brand guidelines.

• Creation of Excel spreadsheets for data analysis.
• Brand Partners and internal meetings leading.

Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field; 3+ years of experience in Customer Experience, Brand Management, Marketing, or Product Strategy. Experience supervising, mentoring, or leading junior team members or interns. ability to speak and write English, Office & Adobe system abilities. Social media knowledge, events and logistics experience. Media, design, audiovisual and production knowledge. Exceptional communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities.
