A-Core Industrial Services is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join our team. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and service oriented professional who communicates clearly, takes initiative, and enjoys helping customers.

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will provide responsive and professional support to customers throughout their experience with A-Core. You will answer questions, coordinate requests, maintain accurate records, and work with internal teams to help resolve customer needs efficiently.

The ideal candidate is a thoughtful problem solver who can provide excellent service while working independently in a remote environment.

You Will

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through phone, email, and approved communication channels.
• Provide accurate information regarding services, scheduling, customer requests, and company procedures.
• Track customer requests and follow up to support timely resolution.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer communications and service activity.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer questions and service concerns.
• Identify recurring customer issues and communicate relevant trends to management.
• Develop a strong understanding of A-Core's services and customer-support procedures.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment when handling customer information.
• Meet established individual and team service expectations.
• Remain responsive and communicative while working remotely.
• Escalate complex or sensitive matters to the appropriate team member or manager.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

This Might Describe You

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, client support, administrative support, hospitality, retail, or a related service role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional and customer focused approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
• Comfortable learning new software, systems, and processes.
• Proficiency with common business applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and remain accountable in a remote environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience with CRM, customer support, scheduling, or business communication platforms is a plus.
