Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and callers in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
- Manage calendar coordination
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Inventory and order office and kitchen supplies
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Coordinate communication between visitors and staff

Qualifications
Education & Training
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Training in phone systems, office software and customer service is desired
