Job Responsibility:
Maintain a holistic view over the VoC (Voice of Customer ) framework and all the activities required to be executed with a predefined frequency
Ensure all activities that are required to launch surveys, collect data, and publish results are done per the predefined timeline
Maintain a VOC tracker for the data exchange and deliverables timelines
Identify areas of improvement to further streamline the data processing
Ensure data being exchanged is aligned with stakeholders and as needed by users
Single point of contact for VoC execution matters
Escalate delays in data readiness and availability
Support in managing the stakeholders deliverables and service providers
Bachelor graduate
UAE National with up to 3 years of experience
Experience in conducting surveys or research is a plus
