Hybrid model: 3 days per week in the office + 2 days remote.

We are looking for a Customer Experience Agent to join our team!

What will you do in this role?

• Handle and manage customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
• Accurately log and categorize cases to ensure proper tracking.
• Follow up on each case until full resolution.
• Efficiently monitor payment control tools.
• Analyze recurring issues and propose improvements that enhance the customer experience.
• Deliver an empathetic, efficient, and high-quality service experience.

What are we looking for?

Education:

• Graduate of technical or university programs in Administration, Accounting, or related fields.

Desired knowledge:

• Customer service management, complaint handling, and consumer protection regulations.

Tools:

• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and Windows.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, customer experience, or related roles.

Nice to have:

• Experience in industries such as banking, finance, retail, eCommerce, or payments.

Availability:

• Available to work in a hybrid model and on rotating shifts.

Additional requirements:

• Fluent English is required, as you will be working in an international environment.
