What will you do?

As our Customer Experience Administrator, you will be the first face and voice of Localsearch. Based at our Robina head office as part of our Customer Experience team, you will run the front desk, look after everyone who calls or walks through the door, and keep the day running smoothly for the wider team. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Robina office, working 9:00am – 5:30pm.

• Manage inbound calls using our leading-edge cloud-based phone software, directing them to the right person quickly.
• Greet clients, visitors and candidates, making sure they feel welcome and comfortable from the moment they arrive.
• Book meeting rooms on behalf of the wider team and keep them clean and tidy between meetings.
• Make sure meeting rooms are prepared and presentation-ready for external guests and presenters.
• Take care of general office and administration duties that keep the place running.
• Provide administrative support to the Customer Experience team and to colleagues across the business as requested.

You are warm, professional and genuinely enjoy looking after people. You are comfortable working on your own at the front desk, you spot what needs doing before you are asked, and you handle a busy morning without losing your smile.

Required:

• Demonstrable experience on a busy front desk, managing both phones and visitors.
• Strong administration skills, including confident use of MS Office.
• Great interpersonal skills - welcoming, positive and a real can-do attitude.
• The ability to self-motivate and to assess and prioritise your own tasks throughout the day.
• Comfort working autonomously. Our front desk is central to operations and sees plenty of foot traffic, but it is not physically connected to a team.
• Confidence picking up new software, processes and directives.
• Professionalism in everything you do, from presentation to written and verbal communication, while staying personable and in touch with your audience.

Nice to have:

• Certificate level qualifications or above in Administration or a related field.
• Experience using a cloud-based phone system.
• Previous experience supporting an EA, office manager or executive team.
