Job Description

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with SOX requirements, company sales policies, and applicable regulatory standards.
  • Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process to support a seamless customer experience.
  • Facilitate new customer onboarding and master data setup.
  • Process stock transfer orders and customer orders accurately.
  • Manage domestic and High Sea Sales orders.
  • Monitor order progress from order entry through delivery and proactively communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate customs declaration and shipping documentation activities.
  • Execute billing activities and ensure timely and accurate invoice processing.
  • Partner with the Sales team to support accounts receivable management and payment collection activities.
  • Provide customer training and guidance on portal order process.
  • Manage credit and debit note requests and related documentation.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, including return order processing and issue resolution.
  • Support on the change to business and first order process.
  • Collaborate effectively with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Excellence, Supply Chain, Order Management, or a related operational function.
  • Hands-on experience working with SAP R/3 ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of trading business models and international trade operations.
  • Strong ownership on accounts and roles & responsibilities
  • Customer-centric mindset with a demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in English, including strong verbal and written communication skills
