We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Bachelor or Master student who is interested in making a difference in our Customer Excellence team in Amsterdam!

The position

The Customer Excellence team is part of our S&OP department and plays a critical role in the cycle of bringing our beloved brands to the fridges of our consumers! The main mission of the team is to ensure excellent deliveries to the customers (e.g. Albert Heijn, Jumbo and Aldi), and is responsible for optimizing the deliveries together with the logistics team, and safeguarding and improving the service levels to customers.

Being an intern at Kraft Heinz, you get your own portfolio, projects and responsibilities. You will get the chance to learn everything about Kraft Heinz, not only about the business but you will also get to know the people! You will find yourself in an energetic, multifaceted and international team, where you will be working as an equal business partner from day one. We are looking for someone who is upbeat, ambitious and driven.

Responsibilities & Tasks throughout the role include:

  • Communication towards customers and internally towards stock positions (when are we out of stock, when are we back in stock?)
  • Communication with customers, internal communication about stock with team members.
  • Connecting special stock to orders (right stock to right customer at the right time);
  • Back-up supporting the customer service team locally; latest data is available on stock levels.

Qualifications:

Job requirements

  • Bachelor/Master, preferably in a field related to the positions (e.g. Supply Chain).
  • Strong proficiency in English, with Dutch preferred.
  • You are enrolled at a university for at least 50% of the internship duration.
  • Strong communications skills and ability to work with data and maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Strong excel skills are appreciated.

NOTE: EU working rights are required (Either you have EU Citizenship or you are studying in the Netherlands)

What we offer you:

  • Program start date: July 2026
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Allowance: 625 euro per month (40hrs, 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses
  • Location: Amsterdam
  • Minimum availability: 5 days a week (40 hrs)
