What You Will Do
- Collaborate with clients to deploy cutting-edge conversational AI solutions tailored to their specific needs.
- Utilize Python and REST APIs to integrate AI capabilities into various customer platforms.
- Provide technical support and solutions to ensure seamless operation of AI systems.
- Analyze customer feedback and system performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Background
- 5–10 years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role, preferably in software development or AI.
- Proficient in Python and experienced with REST API integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer support.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred
- Experience with AI technologies, particularly in conversational interfaces.

Compensation and Benefits
