Main responsibilities:

  • Consistently achieve sales objectives (units, value, market share) of the promoted product portfolio in your area
  • Act as a bridge between commercial and customer engagement functions
  • Lead and develop health communities to best serve patients
  • Manage customer insights (needs, feedback, pain points) and relay them to the team for outcome-driven communication
  • Collaborate with Customer Engagement to tailor customer journeys that address needs and solve pain points
  • Own and adapt communication with customers to meet their specific needs
  • Implement and manage customized activation strategies across all channels to ensure optimal customer experience

About you

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative in a pharmaceutical company in Poland
  • Strong experience in direct interactions with physicians is required
  • Experience in diabetology area is preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience from other therapeutic areas will also be considered
  • Focus on quality of physician relationships and engagement capabilities
  • Proven track record in delivering group presentations

Soft and technical skills:

  • Successful experience in the diabetologists environment with strong autonomy and results orientation
  • Strategic planning and project management capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills for negotiation, communication, and persuasion
  • Proficiency in CRM, VEEVA, and Concur systems
  • Valid driving license category B

Education:

  • University degree, preferably in biology, biotechnology, chemistry, or pharmacy

Languages:

  • Polish - Full professional proficiency
  • English language knowledge will be an asset
