Job Description

Your impact begins here

As Customer Engagement Business Solutions Lead, you will connect business needs, data and technology to shape how Novo reaches healthcare professionals and serves patients in Switzerland. Leading the Data, Consent and Business Solutions stream through the Advance Customer Engagement (ACE) rollout, you will make sure new capabilities are trusted, adopted and genuinely improve the daily work of our teams — turning technical change into real progress for customers.

What you'll bring

We are looking for a solutions-oriented professional who combines strong business understanding with genuine technical fluency, curious enough to investigate how a process or system really works, pragmatic enough to find a workable solution and business-minded enough to understand why the issue matters.

You will bring:

  • A master's degree in business, business process management, information systems, technology or a related discipline, with around 3–6 years of experience in business transformation, business analysis, digital solutions, technology consulting or a similar role connecting business and technology.
  • Strong experience mapping end-to-end business processes and translating them into system, data and operating-model requirements, with a sound understanding of system architecture, customer data, integrations, data flows and Customer Data Platforms.
  • The technical fluency to investigate integration chains, review data mappings, configurations, logs and technical documentation, and perform root-cause analysis — without being expected to build the solution yourself.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate technical complexity as clear business impact and recommendations to local and global audiences.
  • An ownership mindset — comfortable working through ambiguity, challenging unclear requirements, coordinating complex dependencies and persisting when organisational pathways are not straightforward.
  • Fluency in English.

Useful, but not essential:

  • Fluency in German.
  • Experience in life sciences, consulting, regulated industries or multinational organisations.

What you'll do

Working at the intersection of the affiliate business and global and regional technology teams, you will translate business processes into practical solution requirements and coordinate local readiness for successful adoption. You will:

  • Lead the local Data, Consent and Business Solutions stream, managing readiness, risks, dependencies and alignment with regional and local teams.
  • Map business processes and translate needs into practical requirements for data, systems and future ways of working.
  • Ensure customer-data and consent readiness, including HCP and account data, migration, OneTrust consent and communication eligibility.
  • Safeguard integrations and reporting, leading issue investigation, root-cause analysis and sustainable resolution with technical teams.
  • Establish the operating model, including support routes, data ownership, stewardship standards and business-as-usual handover.
  • Partner with Marketing on insights, segmentation and HCP audiences, and enable Marketing Automation and Veeva Events through reliable data flows, reporting and release readiness.
  • Drive continuous improvement, maintaining the roadmap and identifying opportunities to use data, automation and AI more effectively.

Who you'll work with

You will join the Customer Engagement team in the Swiss affiliate, part of International Operations — our largest operational unit, where colleagues work across markets to serve patients and improve health at scale.

You will work closely with Frontline Excellence, Marketing, Events, CRM, Medical Affairs and Compliance, as well as regional and global ACE and technology teams. Together you will make sure new capabilities do not simply go live technically, but are trusted, adopted and able to improve the daily work of our teams — bringing clarity when things stall and moving at pace to keep creating value for customers.

What you can expect here

You will work in an international environment where your expertise shapes decisions and your voice is heard. Sitting between business and technology, you will broaden your perspective, build new skills and take real ownership of how customer engagement evolves in Switzerland. You will be trusted to perform and supported to grow, in a team that combines curiosity, collaboration and ambition to create meaningful progress.

Start now

Your impact begins today. If you are ready to connect business, data and technology to shape the future of customer engagement in Switzerland, apply for the Customer Engagement Business Solutions Lead role by October 9th, 2026.

Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
