Scope of the role:
As a Customer Engagement Analyst, you bring together data, tools, and processes to help our field sales team work smarter, faster, and more effectively. Your analyses and decisions have a direct impact on our growth and the performance of our Consumer Healthcare (CHC) brands in the pharmacy and retail sectors.
You’ll work in an environment that prioritizes modern sales structures, data-driven decisions, and continuous development. You’ll maintain close contact with the BU Lead, Sales, and Marketing—your work is visible and makes a real impact.
