Salary range pa: £24300 - £27000

Job Purpose

This is an Internship position providing you with experience working in a fast-paced, industry leading pet-food manufacturer. In this international role you will be a key player supporting the Category Management team to understand industry trends and provide insights to build the Hill’s business across Europe.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work with market data to provide insights to local and regional teams
  • Be a power user of Category performance tools and run ad hoc analysis
  • Support the Commercial and Marketing teams with analysis on category performance and opportunities
  • Support the management of analytics tools working closely with the providers to ensure data integrity.
  • Support insights and execution across the 7P’s
  • Support Planogram creation and recommendation

Personal Attributes

  • Excellent communication to lead and handle ad hoc projects across the team
  • Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills; Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups etc.,), competence with Google Suite tools is a plus.
  • Achieve results through appropriate setting of priorities, planning and organization
  • Ability to work as part of team as well as on own initiative
  • Effective interpersonal style, including the ability to communicate optimally with both internal & external agencies / customers
  • Self-motivated, self-reliant, proactive with a “can do” attitude
