The Indirect Channel Sales Executive will be primarily responsible for the strategic and commercial management of Distributor and Wholesale accounts in the state of Ceará. The professional will act as a business enabler, ensuring excellence in the execution of commercial processes, rigorous management of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and the rollout of the company’s retail strategy through channel partners.

The primary objective of the role is to ensure operational efficiency, sustainable sell-out growth, and the strict application of the 5Ps strategy (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, and Point of Display/Placement), as well as training and engaging the distributor’s sales force.

Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strategic commercial relationships with customers (Distribution and Wholesale), leading volume, margin, and promotional calendar negotiations.
  • Sales Planning: Manage sell-in targets (sales to the distributor) and, as a priority, accelerate sell-out (sales from the distributor to retail), ensuring healthy inventory levels.
  • Execution at Point of Sale (POS): Ensure the implementation of the 5Ps pillars in the market served by the distributor, monitoring optimal assortment, correct pricing, and brand visibility.
  • KPI Analysis: Monitor and analyze reports on distribution/activation, market coverage, out-of-stocks, days of inventory, and profitability, designing action plans to correct deviations.
  • Sales Force Management and Training: Train, upskill, and motivate the distributor’s sales and supervisory teams, carrying out field routines (coaching loop) to ensure alignment with Colgate standards.
  • Budget Management: Manage the commercial investment budget (sell-out funds, rebates, and trade marketing activities) efficiently.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in the commercial area.
  • Driver’s license
  • 50% travel

Preferred Qualifications

Intermediate English.
