We are seeking a dedicated Customer Deployment Analyst to support and optimize our software deployment operations across customer environments. This role involves coordinating deployment activities, ensuring system consistency, and collaborating with multiple technical teams to maintain high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning, creating, and scheduling software distribution jobs (DCS)
Monitoring distribution progress and troubleshooting failed installations
Analyzing logs and extracting key technical insights
Taking full ownership of tickets, managing them end-to-end while coordinating with multiple technical teams
Ensuring stability and consistency of software versions across target systems
Supporting incident triage, escalation processes, and regression testing
Contributing to process improvements and maintaining/updating technical documentation
What we expect from you:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, a technical field, or equivalent work experience
1–3 years of experience in technical support, software distribution, or a related field
Experience with remote software distribution (ATM environment is a plus)
Solid troubleshooting skills and ability to perform log analysis with a good understanding of basic engineering concepts
Advanced knowledge of Windows environments and MS Office tools
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Nice to have: familiarity with ITIL, SharePoint, SCCM, CA Unicenter, or similar tools
