We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Contract Programmer with experience in reading and interpreting service contracts, particularly in the waste management industry. This role is responsible for accurately programming contract terms into two internal systems: Enwis and Navusoft The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of billing processes, route structures, and service-based pricing models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and enter detailed customer contract terms into Enwis and Navusoft systems.

• Review service agreements to extract and apply billing components such as:
  • Rates and service charges
  • Price increase caps
  • Payment terms
  • Tax terms
  • Ancillary fees and surcharges

• Ensure high accuracy and completeness of data entry and configuration within both systems.

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to clarify contract language and resolve discrepancies.

• Support the billing cycle by ensuring contract terms align with invoicing rules and route-based service logic.

• Maintain documentation and audit trails for all contract entries.

• Assist with system updates and testing related to billing and contract modules.

• Identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of billing or contract administration experience, preferably in waste management, logistics, utilities, or related industries.

• Proven ability to read and interpret complex service contracts.

• Strong understanding of pricing structures, taxes, and service delivery models (routes, pickups, containers, etc.).

• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to learn new systems quickly – experience with Enwis or Navusoft is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard office software.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Organized, proactive, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.

Preferred:

• Experience in the waste management industry or route-based services.

• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.

• Prior use of Enwis, Navusoft, or similar billing platforms.
