WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Providingprofessionalandcourteoussupportto B2BandB2Ccustomersviaphoneondailymatters;

• Consultingcustomersandresolvingissuesviaemailcorrespondence(bothB2BandB2C segments);

• Supportingfuelstationemployeesbyhelpingtopromptlyresolvecurrentsituations;

• Collaboratingwiththesalesteam–exchanginginformationandprovidingtimelysupportviaphoneandemail;

• Communicatingeffectivelywithinternalcompanydepartmentstoensureahighlevelofcustomersatisfaction;

• Enteringandprocessingdataincustomerservicesystems
  

WHAT YOU'LL NEED 

• Previousexperienceincustomerservice(consideredanadvantage);

• AbilitytocommunicateclearlyandunderstandablyinLatvian,knowledgeofEnglishisanadvantage;

• Goodcomputerskills(MS Office,email, CRMsystems,etc);

• Accuracy,strongsenseofresponsibility,andcustomer-orientedmindset;

• Abilitytoworkinadynamicenvironmentandeffectivelysolveproblemsituations
