The Customer Complaint Investigation Analyst is responsible for conducting and documenting complaint investigations in compliance with applicable quality system requirements, regulations, and company procedures. The role includes reviewing complaint records, product and manufacturing information, batch/quality records, historical complaint data, returned samples, and supporting evidence to ensure accurate and timely investigation completion.
The position also supports quality system activities, complaint trending, data analysis, CAPA-related activities when assigned, audits/inspections, and cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Manufacturing, Complaint Handling, and other stakeholders. Success is measured through compliance, documentation quality, adherence to timelines, and achievement of departmental performance metrics.
