Your mission

Join us as a Customer Communication Specialist and help shape the future of NN.

In this role, you’ll actively contribute to the success of both the team and the company.

What will you do?

• Own and deliver 360° customer communication campaigns across channels (email, push, SMS), from strategy to execution
• Drive the end-to-end communication plan to ensure consistent and engaging customer experience
• Plan, launch and optimize engagement campaigns based on data and performance insights
• Create engaging, customer-focused content by translating product features into clear benefits that drive cross-sell and retention
• Design personalized customer journeys using CRM data, working closely with internal teams and partners

What will you bring?

• Hands-on experience with CRM/campaign tools (Salesforce is a plus) and digital communication
• Ability to run multiple campaigns and align them to business goals
• Strong creativity and copywriting skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging customer content
• Data-driven thinking with strong problem-solving and a focus on customer experience
• Communicates with clarity, empathy, and impact.
• Thrives in collaborative environments and lifts others up.
• Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and takes action.

The monthly salary range for the role is between 11,873 and 20,354 RON gross. The salary range showcased is only indicative. The final benefits package will be agreed upon during final negotiations with each candidate, by considering different criteria, such as the experience and skills level. Therefore, the finally agreed salary will stay confidential, as per the applicable law and we reserve the right to apply adjustments to the offer at any time during the hiring process.
